2. Be Prepared for Some Swelling

One of the biggest benefits of CoolSculpting® over a surgical procedure like liposuction is that it doesn’t require extensive downtime. However, don’t be alarmed if your skin becomes red and swollen immediately after your procedure. These are common side effects and they should diminish on their own as your body heals.
